This will ensure that all the emails in this course make their way safely to your inbox. This is a course of 10 separate emails that I have designed to help you through your Candida treatment. I will also be sending you some follow-ups at later dates to see how you are getting on and offer some further advice.

If you’ve started to read the eBook containing the Ultimate Candida Diet program, you’ll know by now that it goes into a lot of detail. I made the decision to include as much information as possible, so in this email I am going to set out a really simple summary of the program for you. Hopefully this should clear up a lot of your questions, and you can begin to make plans on how and when to start the program.

A timeline for your Candida treatment

Day 1

This is the first day of your Detox. The purpose of this phase is to eliminate as many of the Candida colonies in your gut as possible. I recommend that you do this with a combination of Detoxifier drinks (water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and cayenne pepper) and a cleansing diet of mostly high-fiber vegetables.

During this phase you should drink the Detoxifier three times each day. The rest of your diet should consist of non-starchy vegetables and up to 2 organic eggs per day. Try to eat the vegetables raw or steamed as much as possible.

I recommend that you also consider taking a detox supplement during this phase. Candidate is a great example, a 100% herbal supplement that is designed to relieve the symptoms of Candida. Detox supplements, combined with things like saunas and light exercise, can also help to prevent a Candida Die-Off reaction.

Day 8

On Day 8 you will start the Anti-Candida Diet. This is a low-sugar, healthy diet that incorporates some complex carbohydrates and more proteins. This is actually the diet that you will be following until you feel like your symptoms have improved, at which point you will start to reintroduce foods.

You can do a little advance shopping to prepare yourself for this stage. I recommend buying lots of herbs and spices to liven up your food, and the day before you start you can stock up with lots of healthy veggies, eggs, lean meats, fish and whole, unprocessed foods. There are some foods that are particularly useful on a Candida diet (you can find some of them here). And if you haven’t already emptied your fridge of junk food, don’t wait any longer to do this!

Day 15

Now you have reached Phase Three of the Ultimate Candida Diet program, when you will start to take probiotics. Why not start them on Day One? Well, making too many changes to your diet at once can trigger Die-Off symptoms, so in this program I have separated these changes to give your body time to adjust.

Probiotics help to beat a Candida overgrowth in three different ways. First, they ‘crowd out’ the Candida colonies. Second, they regulate the acidity of your gut. And thirdly, they support your immune system. All three of these roles are explained in much more detail in the program. You should consider buying some good probiotics in advance as they are generally much cheaper online. Try to buy a brand that is shelf-stable, i.e. that will not deteriorate during shipping or storage. You can find the probiotics that I recommend here.

Lastly, during this phase you will continue with the same diet that you started on Day 8. However, you can supplement it with some probiotic foods like kefir or sauerkraut.

Day 22

Next up, antifungals. These are the handy supplements that will directly attack those Candida colonies and push your Candida overgrowth back. I recommend taking a selection of natural antifungals, as these tend to have far fewer side effects. Or you can take a supplement like Candida Support which contains as many as five different antifungals in a single product. You can find the antifungals that I recommend here.

During this phase you should also continue with the same diet that you started on Day 8.

Day 60

If you’ve made it this far, great job! By day 60 your symptoms should be gone and you should be feeling amazing. At this point you are ready to start reintroducing foods into your diet. I’d recommend that you start with low-GI fruits like green apples or blueberries, before moving on to some starchy vegetables.

Should you continue with the probiotic and antifungal supplements during this stage? I personally take a probiotic supplement every single day, even though I cured my Candida years ago. This is because of the many benefits that we get from a properly functioning digestive system, as well as to prevent another Candida overgrowth. However you can certainly start to reduce your dosages when you feel comfortable doing so.

In my next email: Are you prepared to start your Candida treatment?

That’s it for my overview of the Ultimate Candida Diet program. My next email will be all about preparing yourself to begin the diet, and I’m going to share with you the 5 different things that you need to do before you begin Phase One.
